Refund policy

Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by SteadyCent are digital downloads (Excel/Google Sheets files). No physical items are shipped. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

General Policy: No Refunds After Download

Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed, except as described below.

Your Right to Withdraw (EU/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason. However, this right does not apply once you have:

●      explicitly consented to receive the digital content immediately, and

●      acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing checkout and confirming immediate download, you provide this consent and acknowledgment. If you do not wish to waive this right, please do not proceed with immediate download and contact us at steadycent.help@gmail.com before purchasing.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a refund or replacement file if:

●      The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not open correctly, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time; or

●      You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge for the same order).

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at steadycent.help@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, including your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

●      Change of mind after downloading the file

●      Difficulty using the product due to lack of familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (see our tutorial video and support resources first)

●      Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not offer store credit in place of refunds unless requested.
