These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of steadycent.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any digital products sold by SteadyCent (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

SteadyCent sells digital, downloadable spreadsheet templates compatible with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. No physical goods are shipped.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased file for your own personal or household budgeting purposes. You may not:

●      Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others

●      Upload the file to a public repository, marketplace, or sharing platform

●      Claim the product as your own creation or resell it as a template of your own

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely at checkout via our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via instant download link and confirmation email immediately after successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout.

5. Accuracy of Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, screenshots, and features are accurate. Minor visual differences between marketing images and the delivered file (e.g., due to software version) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

6. No Financial Advice

SteadyCent is a budgeting and organizational tool. It does not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions. We recommend consulting a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SteadyCent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data or financial loss.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on this Site, and within the purchased files, remain the intellectual property of SteadyCent unless otherwise stated. The license in Section 2 does not transfer ownership.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
